Course Overview
Working offshore presents a unique combination of hazards: a remote and confined environment, adverse weather, simultaneous operations, helicopter and vessel transfers, and hydrocarbon processing. This course provides personnel with a comprehensive foundation in offshore safety – covering the offshore regulatory framework, installation safety systems, major accident hazards, personal survival considerations, and the safe systems of work that govern day-to-day offshore activities, aligned with ADNOC offshore requirements.
Every simulator in this course opens with a mandatory Risk Assessment Gate — identify the hazards, set the controls, and confirm the residual risk before the “permit to simulate” is issued — and every scenario injects live condition changes that demand dynamic risk assessment and Stop Work decisions, exactly as the field does.
Interactive Training Games
Navigate a platform deck to muster while smoke blocks — and then spreads across — your escape routes.
Find the dropped-object, hatch, and lifejacket hazards on a live deck.
GPA to lifeboat stations: make the calls under the OIM.
Drill the escape-set response until it is reflex.
