Course Overview
This course equips personnel to prevent, respond to, and manage fire and emergency situations in industrial, offshore, and marine environments. Participants study fire chemistry and classification, fixed and portable fire-fighting equipment, alarm and detection systems, and emergency response organization – including evacuation, muster, emergency team roles, and coordination with external responders. Practical guidance on extinguisher selection and use is included throughout.
Every simulator in this course opens with a mandatory Risk Assessment Gate — identify the hazards, set the controls, and confirm the residual risk before the “permit to simulate” is issued — and every scenario injects live condition changes that demand dynamic risk assessment and Stop Work decisions, exactly as the field does.
Interactive Training Games
Five animated fires across Classes A, B, C, K and D — pick the agent, aim at the base, manage your charge, and know when to withdraw. Three lives.
