1. Commitment to Excellence

The United Safety and Quality Council (USQC) is dedicated to being the foremost organization providing training, consultative services, and third-party certifications and audits. Our commitment is to maintain the highest levels of technical competence, impartiality, and customer satisfaction in accordance with ISO 17021, 17024, 17025, and 17065.

2. Integrated Management System (IMS)

USQC operates an Integrated Management System that ensures: Compliance with all applicable American and international standards, including NFPA and NSC requirements; Competence through continuous development and monitoring of personnel to ensure technical excellence in fields such as Oil & Gas, Maritime, and Healthcare; Impartiality through identification and management of any potential conflicts of interest via our independent Ethics and Standards Board; and Confidentiality through protection of all client, candidate, and examination information.

3. ESG Integration

USQC believes in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) as a core business value. Our quality objectives are aligned with sustainable practices: Environmental responsibility through minimizing waste and optimizing resource use; Social responsibility through promoting diversity, fair labor practices, and professional development; and Governance through maintaining transparent, ethical, and accountable management processes through independent oversight.

4. Continual Improvement

We are fully committed not only to meeting the standards to which we are accredited, but to exceeding them through a continual process of monitoring all activities and introducing improvements wherever possible. This is achieved through regular internal audits and management reviews, analysis of client feedback and performance data, and proactive identification of risks and opportunities.

5. Communication

This Quality Policy is communicated to all USQC personnel and is available to all interested parties via our website, www.usqc.us. Every employee is responsible for understanding and implementing the quality requirements relevant to their role.
