First Aid annual skills update (e-learning)

Who is it for?
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recommends that first aiders have annual refresher training to maintain their skills and keep up to date with any changes which may happen between completing a first aid at work course and requalifying three years later.
This course is suitable for people aged 16+ who wish to refresh their first aid at work skills by online learning; simply buy an e-learning licence and learn online in your own time, at work or at home.

Course content includes:
The course uses interactive online content (such as video and quizzes) to recap how to help someone who is:
- unresponsive and breathing
- unresponsive and not breathing (including how to use an automated external defibrillator/AED)
- choking
- bleeding
- in shock
- burned
- having a seizure.
Qualification
