Return/Refund Policy for Distance Learning Certifications and Products
Under special circumstances, USQC will consider accepting a return on undamaged items within 10 days of the original delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item. In all cases, any returns must be authorized by a USQC representative. Exchange Policy for all Certifications
You may exchange any distance learning certification for another topic, prior to downloading or accessing course material. We will simply apply your payment towards the new topic. However, if course material has been accessed, then it cannot be exchanged.
Refunds for membership for both domestic and international students will not be available. Once you become a member, you have immediate access to our comprehensive library. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your member benefits, you can apply this credit to any of our other courses.

Items purchased from USQC Company will be shipped the same business day via Shipping Companies. Our charge of Shipping will be Listed within The Purchasing Procedure. U.S. orders usually arrive within about 2- 3 days with express shipping and 3-5 days with ground shipping. Orders outside the United States usually takes 10-20 days.

If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacements, we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want a replacement, the item can be returned for money back. Please keep in mind, if you decide to return our product for your money back, you are required to pay for all shipping costs.
